Mathieu Manset: Coventry forward set for loan move to gain game time

The former Reading forward signed for the Sky Blues in August but he has failed to dislodge the in-form pairing of Leon Clarke and Callum Wilson for a starting berth.

All of his nine appearances so far this term have been made as a substitute, scoring once, and the 24-year-old failed to make the bench for the 1-0 win at Walsall on Saturday.

After a run of three games in a week for his side, Pressley will now allow the player to go out on loan to gain more minutes on the pitch.

Reading signed Manset from Hereford in January 2011 and he then went out on loan in China, followed by a season at Swiss side FC Sion, before returning to England last season with Carlisle.
