The first of three strikes planned by London Underground drivers is scheduled for Boxing Day, in a row over Bank Holiday pay.

A statement on QPR's official website said: "The Boxing Day fixture against West Bromwich Albion will go ahead as scheduled, despite Tube services across the capital being affected by a drivers' strike.

"The Barclays Premier League clash against the Baggies will kick-off at 3.00pm, although supporters are advised to allow extra time for their journeys to and from Loftus Road.

"Buses will be running on the usual Sunday/Bank Holiday service on the day of the fixture, whilst parking in the borough will be free."

Other games that may be affected include Arsenal v West Ham and Fulham v Southampton.

Arsenal previously warned their game may be postponed should there be a Tube strike although this is waiting to be confirmed.

This is the problem, there is no winning mentality at the Emirates - we're all congratulating ourselves beating a team that we have a winning record against.

I

s this meant to be an aspiration for United supporters? Moyes mediocrity strikes again. I see the Bayern boys don't want to sign for him, and his reputation amongst the senior European coaches make other key signings unlikely.

'Tactically Inept And Lacking In Belief And Style'

It's fair to say that the 'Moyes Out' brigade is understandably out in force, whilst there are also staunch defences of Mourinho and Arteta. Plus, Liverpool fans can almost taste it.

That's Why We Didn't Want Jose At United
