The 20-year-old, who can play at right-back or in central midfield, made two appearances for the Premier League side as a substitute during their promotion season in 2011-12.
"He was coming through the ranks when I was at QPR and was making big noises in the youth team," boss Gareth Ainsworth said.
"He's progressed since then and is a quality player. We're looking forward to having him in the group."
