Cisse is among those expected to be heading out of Loftus Road this summer, with the club looking to trim their wage bill on the back of relegation from the Premier League.
It has been suggested that QPR would be prepared to cancel the contract of a player they snapped up from Lazio in January 2012.
Cisse is looking to make a fresh start after a frustrating time in west London and has expressed a desire to return to his native France.
The 31-year-old has been strongly linked with Montpellier, with some reports claiming that personal terms have already been agreed on a potential switch.
But the rumours have now been strongly denied by Nicollin, with the 2011/12 Ligue 1 champions insisting they have no intention of putting an offer to Cisse.
Nicollin told Midi Libre: "Cisse? No, it is out of the question. I don't want a guy who plays DJ in bars.
"It will not be Cisse or anyone else. We will play with (Emanuel) Herrera and (Gaetan) Charbonnier who are already at our club.
"We don't need forwards, it is in defence that we need to take care of matters."
