Leicester youngsters duo Jamie Anton and Jak McCourt have agreed to sign professional contracts with the club.

King Power Stadium: Youngsters have been handed a professional contract

Both players have been rewarded following consistent performances during a successful campaign for the Foxes' Under-18 side.

Anton and McCourt featured regularly for Trevor Peake's squad, who reached the FA Youth Cup fifth round, as well as appearing frequently for Steve Beaglehole's Under-21 team in their charge to the top of the league.

Versatile 18-year-old defender Anton has played primarily as a right back while McCourt, 17, is described as a tough-tackling central midfielder.
