Patrick Kisnorbo: Extends Portman Road stay

The 31-year-old moved to Portman Road at the start of January on an initial one-month deal but will now spend the remainder of the season with Mick McCarthy's side.

The Australian made his Tractor Boys bow in the FA Cup defeat to Aston Villa but has been an unused substitute for their three successive Championship fixtures.

Kisnorbo managed just one appearance for Leeds this term in the Capital One Cup win over Oxford in August.

Town manager McCarthy said: "Patrick wanted to stay with us, we wanted him to stay so obviously we're pleased it's been agreed."
