David Norris: Called for away-day improvement

Neil Warnock's side have won only three times on the road this season, their last success coming at Huddersfield at the beginning of December and Norris believes they will only make up ground on the top six if they start collecting points on their travels.

"We don't really do anything different, preparation, team or tactic-wise for away games so it's hard to put your finger on it," Norris said.

"But if we want to do something we've got to pick it up and our away form has got to improve before the end of the season."

Norris, an unused substitute in the last three matches, expects recent signings Steve Morison, Stephen Warnock and Habib Habibou to boost their chances.

"They will freshen things up and give the whole squad a lift to see that sort of player coming in," he added.

"Hopefully that's what the new boys will bring to the squad and maybe just kick us on.

"Morison's done really well, especially in this league - he'll know what it's all about."
