Sam Byram: Has a hip injury

Right-back Byram, 19, pulled out due to a hip injury sustained towards the end of the season and will play no part for Peter Taylor's young England side.

The finals in Turkey later this month would have been Byram's first taste of international football following his breakthrough season at Elland Road.

The teenager, who made his first-team debut for Leeds against Shrewsbury in the Capital One Cup in August before going on to make 53 appearances, sustained the injury in the warm-up prior to the last home league game of the season against Brighton.
