Robertson has struggled to nail down a regular place in the Blackpool side since arriving from Dundee United last summer.

The 27-year-old has only made one appearance for Blackpool and the Bloomfield Road outfit are ready to let him move on after just six months at the club.

Fenlon is confident of finalising a deal for Robertson in the next 24 hours as he looks to add to his squad before the close of the transfer window.

"We are talking to Scott and hopefully we should be able to get something done in the next 24 hours," said Fenlon.

"Until these things are over the line, you're always wary that something may pop up but we're very hopeful we can get it done.
