Canadian-born De Guzman, who will be making his first appearance in the squad, has been eligible for selection by the Oranje since earning Dutch citizenship in 2008.

The 25-year-old has caught the eye of Holland coach Louis van Gaal having turned in a series of strong performances since arriving at Swansea, the latest of which saw him score twice in the 3-1 win against Stoke last weekend.

Benfica winger Ola John and Ajax defender Daley Blind are also included in the squad, which will be finalised on 1 February, for the game at the Amsterdam ArenA on 6 February.

Captain Wesley Sneijder, who this week completed a transfer to Galatasaray, was not included, nor were while Hamburg's Rafael Van der Vaart, John Heitinga of Everton and Arjen Robben of Bayern Munich.

Goalkeepers Tim Krul (Newcastle) and Michel Vorm (Swansea) and Manchester United striker Robin van Persie are the other Premier League players included.
