Daniel Alfei: Set to go out on loan next season

Alfei is highly-rated at Swansea and he signed a new deal at the club last week to keep him at the Liberty Stadium until 2016.

The 21-year-old has just ended a successful spell on loan at Blue Square Bet Premier side Wrexham and Swansea are thought to be ready to loan him out again so that he can continue his development.

Alfei is well down the pecking order in Michael Laudrup's first-team plans and he is thought to be open to the idea of going out on loan next season.

The news has alerted a host of sides in the Football League with a number of League One and Championship clubs keen to bring in the Wales Under 21 international on loan next season.
