The stretcher comes on but he walks off the field.St Gallen cause panic in the Swansea box as a low cross from the left is cleared just before Keita can get a shot in on goal.Dyer's cross from the right is headed clear as Swansea look to trouble St Gallen on the break.Another shirt change from Michu. Must be getting close to some kind of record.Cheers from the Swansea fans as Chico wins a free-kick. They haven't agreed with every decision from the referee so far.There is still time for St Gallen to trouble Swansea. How confusing.Focus now completely returns to the game. St Gallen have started to control possession while Michu was off the field.Michu has changed his shirt and no headband is required.A driven low effort from Mathys is gathered at the second attempt by Tremmel after a nervous moment for the Swansea fans.While we wait for Michu a St Gallen corner is cleared.That headband hasn't worked. More treatment is being given to Michu's head injury.We still wait for Michu to return. He is now having a headband put on. It's more in the style of Terry Butcher than Wayne Rooney.The atmosphere has improved as the heat increases in this match. We wait for Michu to return as he gets treatment on the sidelines.Play continues but Michu is off the field as there is plenty of blood coming from his head injury. Swansea were unlucky not to get the penalty.Swansea have a good shout for a penalty waved away as Michu is knocked over by a high boot.Swansea are now playing better. Michu takes a fall but the ball runs to Alejandro Pozuelo. The striker runs out of space and the danger disappears.Davies' free-kick from the left causes all kinds of problems for St Gallen as the ball bounces off the far post before being scrambled away.Play starts up again with Karanovic returning to the field. Tuendallu is fouled as he storms down the left and wins Swansea a free-kick.Karanovic is now on his feet but we wait for play to continue as he leaves the field.The free-kick is lofted into the Swansea box and Tremmel punches clear. He takes out Karanovic on his way through and this looks like a nasty fall for the St Gallen forward.St Gallen win a free-kick just inside the Swansea half as Mathias Viktieviez falls over in an aerial challenge.The corner from the left is cleared by Routledge after the ball bounces around in the box.Rodriguez's cross from the left deflects behind for a corner off Tiendalli.St Gallen will rue the missed chances but this has been an impressive start. Swansea need to up their game.Mathys is set through one on one with Tremmel but he pokes his effort wide of goal. St Gallen really should be ahead.That was an escape for Swansea. St Gallen have made a bright start but have only Karanovic to blame for his awful spot-kick.Karanovic's penalty is awful as he sends it with no power to the centre of the goal. All Gerhaard Tremmel could do was save it as he kept his position.St Gallen win a penalty as a cross from the left strikes the arm of Tiendalli.Roberto Rodriguez cuts in from the left and sends his effort over the bar. St Gallen have made a bright start to the contest.Goran Karanovic tries his luck from the edge of the Swansea box but can only send a half-volley over the bar.Swansea don't have anything to worry about from the corner as Wilfried Bony heads clear at the near post.Dwight Tiendalli concedes a corner.The St Gallen fans are in good voice. They will be hoping their side can continue a strong run on recent form.Michu expects to win a free-kick as he is knocked over by Stephane Besle but the referee waves play on.
