The 24-year-old has penned a one-year deal with Mark Robins' Terriers following a successful trial and the former Real Madrid B man cannot wait to get started.
"My dream has always been to come to England," he told the club's official website. "I feel my style of play is really suited to English football in the way I attack and participate in the game.
"I'm really happy that the club has shown the confidence in me to help me realise my dream. Now I want to repay that faith and confidence by doing the absolute best I can for the club.
"I'm really happy with my first week here. All the management, coaching staff and the players have made me feel really welcome and I've enjoyed the work we have been doing. I'm looking forward to continuing that. I'll keep working hard."
He added: "My first aim is to work as hard as I can day to day, just like all the other players. I'll work every day and take everything as it comes, but my aim is to earn a place in the starting eleven and make sure I stay there by playing as well as I possibly can."
