Graham Turner: Pleased with Lopez's contribution

The Sky Bet Championship club opted to recall the Spanish striker owing to injuries after five appearances and one goal for the Shrews.

Manager Graham Turner told the club's official website: "They've got an injury and have decided they will invoke the 28-day recall clause that's in his loan so he has gone back.

"He did okay for us, he's got good skills and I think that he was pleasantly surprised by the standard and he feels he's learnt a lot in the time he's been with us.

"He's got himself a little but more used to English league football."
