Spetch has linked up with Huddersfield for a training stint after catching the eye of the Championship club following some impressive showings for Southern League Premier Division outfit Poole.

Spetch is believed to have impressed the Huddersfield coaching staff during his time in Yorkshire.

The 22-year-old has attracted the interest of a number of Football League clubs after earning rave reviews in central defence for Poole this season.

Bournemouth and Portsmouth are thought to be admirers of Spetch and are keeping tabs on his progress.

Poole are bracing themselves for offers for Spetch and are unlikely to stand in the player's way to move into the Football League ranks if his suitors firm up their interest.
