Gordon Greer: Signed a new deal

The 32-year-old former Swindon defender, who skippered Albion to the League One title in 2011, recently received international recognition after being named in Gordon Strachan's last two Scotland squads.

Albion head coach Oscar Garcia admitted holding onto Greer was one of his priorities.

"One of my targets when I arrived here was to keep Gordon here because he is the captain and he's a leader," he told the club's official website.

"For me, he is very important this season."
