Revenge is not on the agenda for Karl Robinson as he prepares his MK Dons team to face QPR in the FA Cup.

Last season's third-round tie between the two at stadium:mk was embroiled in controversy. The Dons were denied a clear first-half penalty when Clint Hill handled the ball before Dean Bowditch's 65th-minute strike looked as though it would send them through.

However, Heidar Helguson spared the Premier League side's blushes with a last-gasp equaliser - with television replays later showing the Icelander was clearly offside.

The replay at Loftus Road was also a tight game, although Danny Gabbidon's second-half header settled it 1-0 in favour of QPR.

Despite the injustice felt in Milton Keynes, Robinson insists his team are not travelling to west London seeking to avenge what happened little over a year ago.

"I thought we were the better side in both games last season," Robinson told the media ahead of Saturday's fourth-round tie. "But the difference against a Premier League side is that you've got to take your chances when they come along.

"We had two or three gilt-edged chances at Loftus Road and we didn't put them in the back of the net. They only had one chance from a set-piece which David Martin made a wonderful save from, and a header from the following corner cost us the game.

"We felt hard done by at the time, especially after what happened in the home game, but this is 12 months later and it's an opportunity to get things right. But we understand the enormity of the challenge ahead of us and we are massive underdogs.

"It's an historic occasion for us being in the fourth round for the first time in our history. We want to make history again and make it into the fifth round."
