Karl Robinson: Delighted to have trio back from injury

Wingers Luke Chadwick and Daniel Powell resumed full training on Tuesday following knee and hamstring problems respectively, while defender Gary MacKenzie has stepped up his rehabilitation as he aims to return from a hamstring injury.

Milton Keynes boss Karl Robinson told the media how much he is looking forward to welcoming back the three players.

He said: "We've got a spring in our step because we have good news with Luke Chadwick, Daniel Powell and Gary MacKenzie being back.

"When you lose players of their calibre you are going to be weakened, so it's great to have them back and around the place.

"They are going to add to the strong characters and hopefully we will see the impact over the next few weeks. People can't expect too much too soon though because the players will need to build up their match fitness."
