Chris Brass: Joins up as Flitcroft's number two

The 38-year-old leaves Alan Knill and returns to his former employees to assist new Shakers boss David Flitcroft.

Brass arrived with Knill in the spring and helped keep the Gulls in League Two before agreeing a permanent deal in the summer.

But he will head back to a club he played for before coaching their academy and then having a two-year spell as Knill's assistant between 2009 and 2011.
