Easton, 25, moves to Perth from Dundee while 41-year-old Banks has joined from city rivals United and both have agreed 12-month contracts.

Easton was a target for previous manager Steve Lomas while Londoner Banks will fulfil the same role at Saints as he did at Tannadice, that of player/goalkeeping coach.

The pair follow David Wotherspoon in at McDiarmid Park as Wright looks to shape his team ahead of the new Scottish Premier League season and Europa League qualifying campaign following Lomas's switch south to manage Millwall in the Championship.
