The match will take place during the bi-annual Offshore Europe event at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre.
Entry to the game will be free and the winning team will be presented with the Energy Cities Challenge Cup.
The teams last played in a friendly in Stavanger last September, when goals from Jordon Brown and Cammy Smith gave the Dons a 2-0 victory.
Aberdeen vice chairman George Yule said: "From a football perspective, these types of games are excellent, particularly for our younger players whose experience against foreign opposition is limited."
