Elliot Parish: Linking up with Aberdeen for training

The 23-year-old is looking for a new club after leaving the Championship winners earlier this summer.

The former Aston Villa youngster failed to make a first-team appearance during his time with the Welsh club after initially joining on loan before making the move permanent in January 2012.

Parish had a spell out on loan at Wycombe last season, making two appearances for the Chairboys.

Aberdeen boss Derek McInnes is keen to bolster his goalkeeping options and has invited Parish to join the side for pre-season training so he can cast an eye over him before deciding whether or not to offer him a deal at Pittodrie.
