Gavin Gunning: Has played just twice this season

The Dundee United defender was offered a fixed-penalty suspension of three games for the alleged offence at the weekend.

But a short statement from United revealed that offer has been rejected, and the player's case will now be heard on Thursday.

Gunning was playing for just the second time this season on Saturday following an earlier sending-off against Hibernian.
