On Soccer AM...

There will be a touch of style on the Soccer AM sofa this weekend when former Chelsea defender Frank Leboeuf stops by.

Leboeuf: on the show

Leboeuf: on the show

The Frenchman played for the Blues between 1996-2001, during which time he won two FA Cups, a League Cup and the Cup Winners' Cup, and formed a solid centre-back partnership with countryman Marcel Desailly.

Leboeuf, famed for his long, raking passes and penalty-taking ability, hung up his boots in 2005 after a spell playing in the Middle East and has since dabbled in acting and become a football pundit.

The man from Marseille will discuss his many careers when he joins Helen and Max on Saturday morning - but should have plenty to say about Chelsea, who are fighting for a spot in the Premier League's top four.

Plus, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Sliding Doors and The Mummy actor John Hannah will be in the studio for a chat and to teach Helen and Max to swordfight like his character Quintus Lentulus Batiatus in Spartacus, ahead of the release of the DVD box set.

Meanwhile, rounding off this week's line-up will be Northern Irish band Two Door Cinema Club, who will talk about the video for their new track Handshake being banned by MTV, this summer's festivals and, of course, football.

And finally...

- Brentford fans will be in the Luther Blissett Stand

- Tubes meets Accrington's former Everton striker Francis Jeffers

- Shrewsbury gets the Franky Fryer treatment in Away Days

- West Ham's James Collins and Gary O'Neil star on Team Mates

sn'tthis strange. Last season we were worried that we were stuck with a Dinosaur in Moyes while Liverpool and Everton were disappearing into the distance with their young, spritely managerts, playing football from heaven. Progressive managers, they said. Managers who understand the modern game.........

ood list, some crackers in there. For me, I'd have had Steve McManaman for Liverpool away at Celtic in the UEFA cup in 1997. I was in the ground that night and everyone kept screaming at him to make a pass, but he just kept going and going and going...brilliant, and in the dying minutes too.
