Zlatan Ibrahimovic: Hit a hat-trick

The in-form Swedish striker took his tally to 15 goals in 17 matches this season as the capital club took full advantage of Monaco's draw against Evian the previous evening.

Ibrahimovic opened the scoring shortly before half-time, added a second from the penalty spot just before the hour then sealed victory in the 76th minute shortly before Nemanja Pejcinovic had halved the deficit.

Lille failed to keep PSG's lead down to two points after being held to a goalless draw at 10-man Guingamp.

The inclement weather meant chances were few and far between at the Stade du Roudourou, while the visitors were unable to capitalise on the dismissal of Lionel Mathis 10 minutes from time with conditions deteriorating.

Interim Ajaccio coach Christian Bracconi did his chances of getting the job on a full-time basis no harm as he halted a run of six straight defeats with a 1-1 draw against Toulouse.

His reign got off to the perfect start with Paul Lasne giving Ajaccio the lead after just seven minutes but Issiaga Sylla grabbed an equaliser for Toulouse just before half-time.

Gianni Bruno's early goal proved the difference as Bastia continued their formidable run at home to move above Rennes in the Ligue 1 table.

Bruno magnificently volleyed home in the eighth minute to give Bastia a 1-0 victory at the Stade Armand Cesari for the third successive occasion as they moved up to 10th in the standings.

An injury-time equaliser by Benjamin Stambouli prevented Valenciennes from claiming their second win of the season as they drew 1-1 with Montpellier in Ligue 1.

Valenciennes had secured their first victory since the opening day of the campaign last week when they beat Ajaccio and appeared on course to add to their tally on Saturday when they entered injury-time at the end of the game leading through Benjamin Angoua's goal after just seven minutes.

Montpellier, who had been reduced to 10 men when Mathieu Delplagne was given a straight red card after 73 minutes, broke their hosts' hearts though as Stambouli headed home for their second successive draw.

Elsewhere, Maxime Barthelme was given a second-half red card as Lorient were held to a goalless draw at home to Reims.

was there, it was embarrassing - the team looked totally unbalanced from the off, the defence was woeful and when Mikel came off injured it got even worse with nobody in front of them. Up front on several occasions we had opportunities and nobody would shoot - it was a complete farse! On the back of Salah's performance I'm glad there is talk of getting shot...

reat to see Tommy Rosicky getting some love. A wonderful player. Such a pity we lost so long to injury. I was so excited when we signed him, this resurgence only makes the absences seem more of a lost opportunity.
