Thiago Silva: Has no intention of leaving Paris St Germain

Speculation continues to suggest that a man currently away on international duty at the Confederations Cup could be on the move this summer.

Just 12 months have passed since Silva made a high-profile switch to France, with PSG digging deep to lure him away from AC Milan.

He helped PSG to the Ligue 1 title in 2012/13, as well as the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League.

Despite his early achievements in Paris, and regular announcements that he feels settled in the French capital, rumours linking him with a switch to Barcelona refuse to go away.

Silva's agent is, however, adamant that no discussions have been held with any interested parties.

Paulo Tonietto told Journal du Dimanche: "There has been no official contact.

"Thiago is happy in Paris and will remain there. His future is at PSG."

was there, it was embarrassing - the team looked totally unbalanced from the off, the defence was woeful and when Mikel came off injured it got even worse with nobody in front of them. Up front on several occasions we had opportunities and nobody would shoot - it was a complete farse! On the back of Salah's performance I'm glad there is talk of getting shot...

reat to see Tommy Rosicky getting some love. A wonderful player. Such a pity we lost so long to injury. I was so excited when we signed him, this resurgence only makes the absences seem more of a lost opportunity.
