The young playmaker has been a revelation at the Serie A club, catching the eye of a host of top European sides with his impressive displays this season.
United are thought to be keen on the 19-year-old but, while he says he would consider approaches from any big club, Quintero admits he would prefer to stay in Italy and is keen on a move to Inter.
"United? No, I like Inter," he told Gazzetta dello Sport.
"I prefer the Nerazzurri because they have a lot of South Americans at the club. And I'm happy in Italy.
"Saying that, it is clear that I would not turn down other strong teams because I'm ambitious: Manchester, Milan, Juventus...
"I'll decide with my family and with my agent."
Quintero has played down reports there is a €10million (£8.3m) price tag on his head should he be sold by Pescara.
"I don't know if I am worth that," he added. "I still need to learn and work hard. I need to improve as a player."
