The Argentine winger is thought to be on Inter's shopping list this summer as they look to revamp their squad afetr a disappointing campaign.

Gomez, who has been a long-term target for Inter after they expressed an interest in his services last summer, has enjoyed an impressive season with Catania.

The 25-year-old admits he is happy at Catania, but concedes he would find it hard to turn down the chance to move to a bigger club.

"They are following me since last year. Now I read that they would be considering me again and this gives me pride, but it's too soon," Gomez told Gazzetta dello Sport.

"Catania has become my second home. I've practically always played as regular and I'm absolutely thankful.

"Each player dreams to grow and to become important. I'd like to do a quality jump."

enteke is an absolute steal for £32.5m, he would get into any team in the world (except Barcelona) at the moment. I've seen many very good strikers in my 30+ years as a Villa fan. This guy is the best without question.
