The Corinthians midfielder has been heavily linked with Serie A side Inter Milan following a number of outstanding displays for club and country.
But speaking to Brazil's FA channel 'CBF TV' Paulinho said that a move isn't on his mind at the moment.
Paulinho said: "I will let things happen naturally regarding playing in Europe.
"I am focused on the national team and I will be ready when I have to leave Corinthians."
Corinthians director and former Arsenal player Edu Gaspar also says that a move isn't imminent.
Speaking to 'UOL' he said: "I can officially affirm that nothing has come. So we will keep doing the same job, ensuring that Paulinho remains calm.
"When something official comes, we will tell him and the president and we will see what's better for everyone."
