Antonio Nocerino: Has won 15 caps for Italy and went to Euro 2012

Nocerino has 15 caps for Italy, and understandably wants to be part of the squad that will hope to travel to the World Cup in Brazil next year.

However, given that Nocerino has not started a Serie A game since February, the midfielder is concerned that he may need first-team football in order to remain in Cesare Prandelli's plans.

"I am 28. Next season there is a World Cup," Nocerino told Gazzetta dello Sport.

"I would like to be there. I'd have problems in having another season like this one.

"We will see. For now, the most important thing is qualifying for the Champions League."

Nocerino moved to AC Milan from Palermo for €500,000 in 2011.
