Kevin-Prince Boateng: AC Milan have no intention of allowing him to leave

The Rossoneri continue to find themselves at the centre of regular rounds of transfer gossip - with comings and goings aplenty mooted at the San Siro.

Among those said to be attracting interest is former Tottenham Hotspur and Portsmouth playmaker Boateng - who has spent the last three years in Italy - but Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani says the 26-year-old is going nowhere.

He told Mediaset Premium: "Boateng has never asked to move and there have been no requests for him."

Galliani has also revealed that discussions regarding a return to Santos for Brazil international Robinho have broken down, forcing Milan to end their interest in Fiorentina's Adem Ljajic.

They will also have to wait until the New Year to acquire Japan international Honda from CSKA Moscow and have conceded defeat in their efforts to get Mathieu Flamini to extend his time in Serie A.

Galliani added: "The negotiations with Santos have failed and in the coming weeks we will talk to Robinho about his contract.

"In attack we have seven players for three places, so Ljajic won't come. If no attacker leaves, no attacker will arrive.

"Honda? He won't come now. But his contract expires in December and I hope he will arrive in January.

"What are the chances that Flamini will stay? Zero. Andrea Poli has arrived in his place."

I

think all those names linked to United exits make sense. Kagawa has never really looked like hitting the form he had at Dortmund and Fellaini is radioactive after last season (even though I think he's been unfairly singled out for criticism). Nani and Anderson have had more than their fair share of chances so they are done, and Hernandez deserves better than warming a bench.

e'll be off to Spurs (or better) in January and I don't blame him. Looking forward to re-signing Grant Holt as his replacement though.
