The veteran Ukrainian has fallen out-of-favour with head coach Jupp Heyneckes after starting just three times in 17 appearances this season.
And with the 34-year-old out of contract at the end of the season, it appears Tymoshchuk will be on his way out of the Allianz Arena.
"Every time, I think I will play and then it comes to nothing. That's annoying. I can't talk to the club about a new contract when I'm not playing. No one has spoken to me," he told German sport magazine Kicker.
"That really annoys me and as I don't play I can't really discuss a new contract with the club. Nobody from the club has spoken to me, so I think I'll leave."
Tymoshchuk signed for Bayern in January 2009 from Zenit St Petersburg and played in last season's UEFA Champions League final defeat to Chelsea in Munich.
