Dale Jennings: The former Tranmere Rovers starlet is returning to England

The skilful winger sealed a dream move to Germany two years ago after catching the eye of the now-European champions with eye-catching performances for Tranmere Rovers.

A number of English clubs were on the trail of Jennings prior to his move to Bayern and then at the end of this season they were alerted to news he was seeking a return to the UK.

Bayern reluctantly agreed to let Jennings leave after he failed to settle in Germany despite him impressing at the club during his time.

And Championship outfit Huddersfield are set to win the race ahead of a host of other English clubs.
