Paolo De Ceglie: Out of Tuesday¿s match against Celtic due to injury

The defender suffered a thigh injury in Saturday's Serie A victory over Fiorentina and had to be taken off just after the hour mark.

He underwent scans on Sunday morning to discover the extent of the damage and it has now been confirmed that he will not travel to Glasgow.

However, Mirko Vucinic looks set to be available after it emerged the knee problem which forced him off against Fiorentina was not as serious as initially feared.

Vucinic opened the scoring in a 2-0 win as Juve tightened their grip on top spot in Italy and ensured they would go into the Celtic clash in good form.
