Dani Alves: Brazilian defender tangles with Franck Ribery

The German champions swept the Catalan giants aside over two legs, following up their 4-0 win at home with three unanswered goals at Camp Nou to complete a 7-0 aggregate drubbing.

But the Brazilian defender feels that Bayern made the most of facing a Barca side affected by injuries to Lionel Messi, Javier Mascherano and Carles Puyol among others.

"I do not think they are better than us, but this time they were better," said the 29-year-old.

"They are deservedly in the final. We were worn down, and at this stage it shows.

"Bayern are the deserved winners, they did well."

isgusting. Shambolic. Pathetic. Embarassing. Inept. Below par. Painful. Horrible. Sickening. Frustrating. Wasteful. 11 adjectives to describe the 11 professionals on the pitch. I have never been so frustrated. Losing I can handle, but negligence and years of the same mistake is just becoming a joke now. One that isn't even funny anymore.
