England cricketers send support to Gatland's troops

As the British and Irish Lions prepare to go into battle in the first Test on Saturday, they've been sent a message of support from another team preparing to face Australia.

Members of the England cricket team took time out from their Ashes preparations to send a rallying cry to Warren Gatland's men as they prepare to take the field in Brisbane.

You can see what Alastair Cook, Jonathan Trott, Eoin Morgan, James Anderson and Graeme Swann had to say by hitting the video link above.

And don't forget to tune in to the first British and Irish Lions Test match against Australia, live on Sky Sports 1 HD from 10.30am on Saturday, part of a great summer of sport which includes the Ashes on a dedicated channel.

I

expect Pulis to have a nice Christmas dinner with his family- probably all sitting around the table wearing Christmas themed baseball caps, before he gets the call. Realistically he could end up at any number of clubs, it'll be interesting to see which club folds first.
