Blackpool's Tom Ince has returned to the England U21 squad for the European Championship qualifying double-header against San Marino and Lithuania.

Injury ruled the Seasiders winger out of the previous games against Scotland, Moldova and Finland but his return to full fitness has boost head coach Gareth Southgate's options.

Liverpool winger Raheem Sterling is back with the U21s after missing the recent games against Moldova and Finland while on duty with the senior team.

Ravel Morrison, previously capped at U16, U17 and U18 level, earns recognition for

his recent performances with West Ham with a maiden call at this level.

Danny Ings gets the call after scoring 10 goals in 13 games for Burnley to help them to the top of the Sky Bet Championship and receives his first representative call-up at any level.

England travel to San Marino on October 10 before returning to take on Lithuania at Portman Road the following Tuesday.

Sterling's Liverpool team-mate Andre Wisdom starts a four-game suspension after his red card in the 1-1 draw against the Finns last month.

Arsenal defender Carl Jenkinson has been brought into the squad in the right-back's place.

If I can find the right player sounds like someone going out on Saturday night on the pull, and the nearer you get to midnight the lower your standards drop.
