The game with the Georgians at the Aviva Stadium will take place four days after Giovanni Trapattoni's men play England at Wembley.
Trapattoni will use the fixture to complete his preparations for the home game against the Faroe Islands on 7 June.
Ireland will look to secure back-to-back victories over the Faroes, following their 4-1 win in Torshavn last October.
The Republic travel to Sweden and then host Austria later this month in a double-header which could go a long way to determining whether they will qualify for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
