Doncaster have signed Lorient forward Fabien Robert.
The France U20 international will stay at the Keepmoat Stadium until the end of the Championship season.
The 23-year-old - younger brother of former Newcastle star Laurent Robert - spent three days on trial with Rovers earlier this month.
He told the club website: "I want to help Doncaster stay in the Championship and this is an exciting challenge for me.
"I'm a technical player and like to score and make goals for my team-mates. When I came to train for a few days I was surprised that the club was in the bottom three because there are a lot of good players here.
"I'm looking forward to getting started. I'm fit and ready as soon as the manager wants me to play."
