Geoffrey Kondogbia: Sevilla midfielder dreams of playing for Real Madrid

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has indicated that he is a fan of the 20-year-old, who only joined Sevilla from Lens last summer.

Wenger also acknowledged that plenty of clubs are keen on Kondogbia, with reports in Spain claiming that Real are on his trail.

Kondogbia says there is only one team he has always wanted to play for and is waiting to see if Real make Sevilla an offer at the end of the season.

"My preference? Real Madrid has been my dream since I was a small boy," he told French television.

"It is always great to see that clubs are following you and want you. On the Real Madrid thing that would be a dream come true. But it is only a rumour at the moment.

"With that type of team I could play regularly in the Champions League."

Kondogbia made his debut for Lens in November 2010 and he has represented France at five different age levels.

know it's only one game, and Arsenal have got an amazing midfield as is; but seriously, is Arsene Wenger the only person on Earth who doesn't want Cesc at their club?
