Ricky Ravenhill: Northampton man sent off

Scunthorpe could not take advantage of Chesterfield's defeat as they were held to a draw at home to lowly 10-man Northampton.

Zander Diamond secured a point with his first goal for the visitors - after Ricky Ravenhill had been sent off - to cancel out Niall Donovan's header for United.

A first-half Lee Molyneux hat-trick, meanwhile, saw Accrington move six points clear of the relegation zone after a 3-1 win at home to table-topping Chesterfield.

Peter Murphy's red card did not affect the result with Ian Evatt's consolation coming five minutes from time.

Burton moved to within two points of an automatic promotion spot as Dominic Knowles and Zeli Ismail put them 2-0 up against rivals Oxford.

Although Billy Kee's penalty was saved by Oxford goalkeeper Ryan Clarke before the half-hour mark, it did not prove too significant - although Ryan Williams pulled one back for the hosts after the break.

Fleetwood capitalised on Oxford's defeat to move into fifth courtesy of Jamille Matt's solitary goal at bottom club Torquay.

Southend, defeated 2-1 by Morecambe, only remain in seventh because Plymouth lost at Bristol Rovers by the same score.

Morecambe registered their first win since Boxing Day as goals from Kevin Ellison and Jack Redshaw saw them come from behind after Ryan Leonard's opener.

Rovers made it six unbeaten with goals from Chris Beardsley and Kaid Mohamed either side of Neal Trotman's equaliser.

A 90th-minute equaliser from Eliot Richards earned struggling Exeter a point at home to Dagenham and Redbridge having seen Eliot Richards' opener overtaken by goals from Luke Norris and Medy Elito (penalty).

Dean Morgan and Matt McClure both scored as Wycombe recovered from conceding to Hartlepool's Jack Barmby while York's Michael Coulson scored for the second successive week to defeat AFC Wimbledon by a solitary goal.

Anthony Howell's goal in the final minute saw Mansfield snatch victory at home to Newport after the Stags' opener from Ryan Tafazolli was cancelled out by Rene Howe, while Portsmouth's match at home to Cheltenham finished goalless.

All Platini is doing is making billionaries pay measly fines, so he and his cronies can get rich. If a fool can pay 50 mil for David Luiz, he will happily pay some fine to UEFA. FFP has failed as for it to succeed UEFA had to take it...
