I agree with whoever said how did Wilshere's name crop up. The preamble with Dani Alves for Barca vs Milan seems a a really bizarre context for it do so!!

Here we go again, another Barca player with a man crush on one of ours....... That said I hope our underachievement does not give Jack Wilshire any reason to leave Arsenal for pastures anew.

Pad, he hasn't urged him to join, but has said that he would buy him. Its the usual Barca way of leaking interest in another clubs player through their players in the press. I really hope Arsenal stand up to Barca and keep him to be honest...I suppose it all depends on whether or not they can get as competitive as Wilshere wants and if they keep contracts in check, which is something that seems to have gone awry since David Dein left.

@go-gun - Wilshere is an exceptional talent, but to say he'd 'walk in' alongside Busquets, Xavi, Iniesta or Fabregas is a bit far fetched. Think they'll go for him when Xavi retires personally.

Now I realise that you have to find some material to fill the pages but this, especially with the way F365 would define itself, is pathetic. As Mediwatch would say "actual quotes where Alves urges Wilshere to join Barca"? None.
