BetVictor have cut Moyes from 4s to 6/4 to be at Old Trafford irrespective of the role, on the opening day of the 2013/14 season after press speculation that he might be groomed to be Ferguson's successor and spend the next season as his assistant.

Spokesperson Charlie McCann said: "Moyes is 2/1 (from 6/4) to still be at Goodison Park on the opening day of the 2013/14 Premier League season as we have seen money for the Everton boss to be at Old Trafford next term; Everton owner Bill Kenwright holds the Scot in the highest regard but his patience must be wearing thin as he waits for his manager to make a decision as to whether he will still be in charge of the Blues next season.

"Roberto Martinez remains 3/1 favourite to be the next Everton manager irrespective if that is in the summer of 2013 or beyond."

Where will David Moyes be on the opening day of the 2013/14 season?

Man Utd: 6/4 (from 4s)

Everton: 2/1 (from 6/4)

Any Other Club: 6/1

Not in a managerial role: 6/1

Next Everton manager

R Martinez : 3/1

P Neville: 12/1

M Mackay: 16/1

D Ferguson: 16/1

M Hughes: 20/1

he reason so much sh*t is written about football is because there are so many people who want to read sh*t about football. Now shut up, take my money, and tell me Ronaldo is going to sign for Van Haal and that Mick McCarthy is signing Peter Crouch on loan.
