Bellamy appeared to catch De Guzman with his arm during the second half but referee Andre Marriner took no action.

If Marriner's match report says he did not witness the incident, the FA will decide if it is necessary to refer the matter to a disciplinary panel.

Should a charge of violent conduct then be deemed appropriate, Bellamy could be handed a three-match ban.
