So who will replace David Moyes as manager of Everton after his appointment as Sir Alex Ferguson's successor at Manchester United? Wigan's Robert Martinez heads the betting. Check out the latest odds

After another busy Premier League weekend of thrills and spills, the Podcast returns with host Mikey Burrows of Sky Sports News Radio joined in the studio by TEAMtalk.com duo Mark Holmes and Jon Holmes.

We start on the fall-out from Wigan's 2-1 home win over Newcastle on Sunday. The Latics left it late to record a crucial victory, but the main talking point was Callum McManaman's shocking tackle on Massadio Haidara which was missed by the officials at the DW Stadium. Our trio give their views on the incident, the possible repercussions and how justice might be done in the future via video technology.

Staying on the relegation picture, there's praise for Aston Villa boss Paul Lambert and his young players from Jon after they beat QPR 3-2, while Mikey and Mark consider which teams are still vulnerable as we prepare for the final eight games of the campaign.

Mikey is keen to hear Mark's views on Stoke's stalemate against West Brom, and the disappointing run which has seen the Potters pick up just five points in 2013. It's essential listening for Stoke fans, but interesting too for supporters of other clubs as Mark considers how the club can hope to evolve in the top-flight.

There's also debate on when Manchester United can expect to secure their 20th league title, Roberto Mancini's ongoing problems at City and the race for top-four places - with Chelsea and Arsenal on the up, and Tottenham and Liverpool slipping up.

m starting to think Roman may never actually be happy at the top level. If he wants all conquering fancy football I wonder if he'd be better off buying a lower division side then paying outlandish salaries to attract high caliber players too good for the division.

afa has to be favourite for the Everton job now, surely :) He'll realise his ambition to live and work on Merseyside again, get the best out of whoever plays for them, maybe win some cups and be thoroughly loathed by the toffee fans. What's not to like? Go ead, Ken, gimajob!

hat is arguably the least inspiring England I have ever seen. There is not a single name in that list that makes me think I might actually want to watch this team. Not a one.
