We take a look at the key Opta statistics after a weekend which saw Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City win to close the gap on beaten Chelsea at the top, while Fulham and West Brom claimed crucial victories at the bottom.

Vincent Kompany's red card (10 mins) was the quickest that Man City have been reduced to 10 men in a Premier League game since October 2010 (Boyata, 5 mins v Arsenal).

Manchester City have won all three of the Premier League games that Kompany has been sent off in.

Manchester City have kept three successive clean sheets in the Premier League for the first time this season (May 2013 was the last time)

Man City are unbeaten in eight successive Premier League away games (W6 D2), their longest such-run in the competition since December 2012 (11 games).

Hull have picked up just one point from their last five Premier League home games (D1 L4).

Elmander's goal was the first by a Norwich substitute in the league this season; they were the final PL side to benefit from a substitute goal. Indeed he was the first Norwich sub to score since April 2013.

Palace's total of 23 goals in league and domestic cup this season is lower than any other side in the top four divisions.

Sunderland have scored a joint-low 13 home goals this season and have attempted just 47 shots on target at the Stadium of Light (a league-low). They only attempted two shots on target in this game.

Vito Mannone has kept a clean sheet in eight of his 18 Premier League games for Sunderland this season, the same number that opposing goalkeeper Julian Speroni has kept in 29 games.

Both of Roland Lamah's Premier League goals have come against sides from the West Midlands (Aston Villa and West Brom).

Wilfried Bony has had a hand in 11 Premier League goals this season (nine goals, two assists) - 10 of which have been at the Liberty Stadium.

St├ęphane Sessegnon scored his first goal for nine hours and 49 minutes with his strike in this match.

West Brom came from behind to win in the Premier League for the first time in over a year (since March 9, 2013).

Pepe Mel won his first Premier League game at the eighth attempt, having lost three and drawn four of the previous seven.

Since winning their first Premier League game under Garry Monk, Swansea have won just two points in four matches in the competition (D2 L2).

Lukas Podolski has completed 90 minutes only three times in 31 Premier League starts.

Arsenal's total of 248 successful passes is the fewest they have managed in a PL game since 232 v Spurs in February 2009.
