The 22-year old, who joined the Blues from Lille in summer 2012, has impressed at Stamford Bridge and established himself as one of the league's most dangerous players.

Hazard acknowledges that, having made 11 assists and scored nine times in his debut Chelsea campaign, his job is becoming harder all the time as opposition players try to stop him.

"It's difficult for me. I need to change something on the pitch, and understand the situation each game," he told Chelsea's official website.

"Against three defenders it is different than against one, and obviously more difficult. I need to play more simply, but also more quickly.

"It's so great to play with Juan (Mata), with Oscar and with Andre (Schurrle). We have to work together to make playing together easier. When we do that we always make chances and score goals."

Hazard has returned to England from international duty, having helped Belgium to secure their World Cup place with a win over Croatia, something he says has given him a real boost.

He added: "When you lose a game you are always a little bit disappointed, so it's better to come back from playing with your country after a victory."
