TEAMtalk takes a look at all the key Opta statistics ahead of this weekend's Premier League action with Suarez chasing a Goodison treble. The Uruguayan has scored eight goals in his six Premier League appearances this season, averaging a goal every 67 minutes.

Spurs have attempted the most shots at goal this season (157 - excluding blocked), but have the worst shot conversion rate (5.7%).

Southampton have conceded six or more goals in six different Premier League games - the last two of which have been away at Arsenal (Sept 2012 and May 2003).

Frank Lampard, who has failed to score in 10 successive Premier League appearances, has scored in three of his last four Premier League games against former side West Ham.

Everton v Liverpool (Sat, 12.45pm)

Of the nine Merseyside derbies that Everton have won in the Barclays Premier League, seven have come at Goodison Park.

Liverpool have lost just one of their last 13 Merseyside derbies in the Barclays Premier League (W7 D5 L1).

There have been 20 red cards given in the 42 Premier League games between Everton and Liverpool; at least six more than in any other fixture in the competition.

Everton have been given 13 of these red cards - the most by a side against a single opponent in Premier League history. Eight of these have come in the last 16 meetings.

No Premier League fixture has ended 0-0 more often than Liverpool v Everton (7).

The Toffees have lost just one of their last 11 Premier League games (W5 D5).

Everton are currently on a run of five hours and 30 minutes without conceding a goal in the Barclays Premier League.

Luis Suarez has scored eight goals in his six Premier League appearances this season, averaging a goal every 67 minutes. The Uruguayan has also scored in his last two PL apps at Goodison Park.

If matches ended at half time this season, Liverpool would be five points clear at the top of the Premier League table. However, if only second halves counted, Liverpool would be 14th.

Arsenal v Southampton

Arsenal have not lost a home league game against Southampton since November 1987, winning 13 and drawing five of their 18 matches since.

Only Arsenal (22) have won more points in the Barclays Premier League since the start of September than Southampton (18).

Southampton's win ratio against Arsenal in the Premier League (14%) is the lowest of any side they've played more than three times in the competition.

The Gunners have not failed to score in two successive Premier League games since August 2012.

Arsenal have the chance to win five successive Premier League games at the Emirates for the first time since April 2012.

Southampton have conceded just eight goals in their last 14 Premier League games and have never conceded more than once in a match during this run.

Southampton have faced fewer shots on target than any other side in the Premier League this season (31).

Southampton have conceded six or more goals in six different Premier League games - the last two of which have been away at Arsenal (Sept 2012 and May 2003).

Aaron Ramsey has netted 11 times in 18 competitive appearances for Arsenal this season, this after scoring 11 in his previous 150 competitive appearances for the club before 2013-14.

Of the seven players to have a league-high four assists so far this season, three are Arsenal players (Giroud, Ozil and Ramsey).

Fulham v Swansea City

Fulham have scored exactly one goal in each of their last six Barclays Premier League games at Craven Cottage.

Swansea City have won three of their previous four Barclays Premier League meetings with Fulham (L1).

The eight goals that Swansea have scored in their last six Premier League games have all been netted in the second half.

Wilfried Bony has scored 10 goals in 18 competitive appearances for Swansea this season, including three in his last two games.

Dimitar Berbatov has scored just one goal in 855 minutes of Premier League football this season. In 2012-13, he averaged a goal every 190 minutes (15 in 2847).

Five of Swansea's 15 Premier League goals this season have come from set-piece situations - they only scored five in this manner in the whole of 2012-13.

Fulham have attempted just 67 shots at goal (excl. blocked) in the Premier League this season; a league-low.

The Whites have conceded a league-high six goals from corners this season.

Four of Fulham's Premier League goals this season have come from substitutes; including both of Darren Bent's strikes - no side have scored more by subs.

Swansea have averaged a league-high 568 passes per game in the Premier League this season and have the second-best passing accuracy (86.3%) behind Man City.

Hull City v Crystal Palace

There have been just five goals scored in the five Barclays Premier League games at the KC Stadium this season; a league-low.

Crystal Palace are unbeaten in their last six league meetings with Hull City (W2 D4).

The Eagles have won only three of their previous 17 Premier League games in the month of November and have the worst points per record in this month of all current PL sides (0.88).

Crystal Palace are the only side to have failed to attempt a single shot on target in more than one Premier League game this season (0 v Man Utd and Southampton).

Kevin Phillips scored a hat-trick for Palace in the last meeting between these two sides.

Should Phillips net in this game, he'll become only the second 40 year old to score in the Premier League after Teddy Sheringham (40y 268d at his oldest).

Crystal Palace are the only Premier League side yet to win a single point away from home this season (L5).

Hull City are one of only five teams to still remain unbeaten at home this season in the Premier League (W3 D2).

Despite playing 770 minutes of Premier League action this season, Palace striker Marouane Chamakh has attempted just two shots on target.

Crystal Palace have given away a league-high four penalties this season, while Hull have conceded just one fewer (3).

Newcastle United v Norwich City

Newcastle United have kept a clean sheet in each of their last three Barclays Premier League meetings with Norwich City (W2 D1).

Norwich City have won just three Barclays Premier League away games under Chris Hughton (W3 D7 L14).

Robert Snodgrass has created more chances without registering an assist than any other Premier League player this season (24).

If Premier League matches ended at half-time, Norwich City would be bottom of the league with six points.

Loic Remy has scored seven goals and assisted another in his nine Premier League appearances for Newcastle United this season.

Remy has already netted more goals for Newcastle (7) than he did for QPR (6) in the Premier League, despite playing five games fewer (QPR - 14, Newcastle - 9).

Robert Snodgrass has scored more direct free-kicks in the Premier League than any other player since the start of last season (4).

Chris Hughton won 31.3% of his Premier League games as manager of Newcastle in 2009-10, before being replaced by Alan Pardew. Pardew has managed a win ratio of 37.6% since.

No side have scored more goals from outside the box this season than Newcastle United (5).

Norwich City have conceded more goals from substitutes than any other side in the Premier League this season (5).

Stoke v Sunderland

Stoke City have conceded only three goals in their five Barclays Premier League games at the Britannia Stadium in 2013-14.

Sunderland are unbeaten in their last four Barclays Premier League games against Stoke (W2 D2), keeping a clean sheet in three of these.

Sunderland have had more possession than their opponent in just one of their 11 Premier League games this season so far (58% v Fulham).

No side has been given more red cards in the Premier League in 2013 than Sunderland (6), including one in the last meeting between these two sides in May (Craig Gardner).

Sunderland have used 26 different players in the Premier League so far this season; more than any other side. Each of those players have started in the competition this season.

Nine different players have scored a Premier League goal for Stoke this season, but only one of those has scored more than once (Adam, 2).

Only Arsenal and Chelsea (10) have seen more individual goalscorers than the Potters this season in the Premier League.

Stoke have conceded six headed goals this season; a joint-PL-high with Fulham.

The Potters are also one of only three sides yet to score a headed goal in the Premier League this season, alongside Tottenham and West Ham.

Sunderland have mustered just 26 shots on target this season; the lowest tally in the league.


West Ham United v Chelsea (Sat, 5.30pm)

West Ham are without a win in four Barclays Premier League home games (L3 D1); their worst such run under Sam Allardyce.

Chelsea are unbeaten in their last six Barclays Premier League London derbies (W4 D2).

Frank Lampard has scored in three of his last four Premier League appearances against former side West Ham.

However, Frank Lampard has failed to score in 10 successive Premier League apps - his longest goal drought in the competition since April-August 2003.

Against no side has Fernando Torres netted more Premier League goals than he has versus West Ham United (six goals in seven games).

No side have won fewer points at home in the Premier League than West Ham (4) this season (W1 D1 L3).

35.4% of West Ham's passes this season have been in the final third of the pitch; a Premier League-high.

All 12 of Jose Mourinho's Premier League defeats as a manager have come away from home, but just two of these have come in London (v Fulham in March 2006 and Tottenham in November 2006).

However, of all managers in Premier League history (minimum 15 games), Mourinho has the best points per game record away from home (2.05).

Sam Allardyce has picked up just two points in his previous six Premier League meetings with Jose Mourinho (D2 L4), but he's lost all three of his home games against him.

Manchester City v Tottenham Hotspur (Sun, 1.30pm)

No Barclays Premier League ground has seen more goals scored this season so far than the Etihad Stadium (22).

The last time that Tottenham failed to score in three successive Barclays Premier League matches was back in January 2009.

Of the 114 different players to have scored at least 40 Premier League goals, only Thierry Henry (122) has a better minutes per goal average than Sergio Aguero (123) in the competition.

Man City have lost seven of the 26 Premier League games that Vincent Kompany hasn't started since the start of 2011-12 (27%), compared to just 13% (8 of 61) when he's started.

No side has seen fewer players score a Premier League goal this season than Tottenham (4).

Eden Dzeko has scored more goals against Tottenham Hotspur than any other side in the Premier League (5). Four of these came in a single game; Manchester City's 5-1 defeat of Spurs at White Hart Lane in August 2011.

14 of the 18 goals scored in the last four Premier League meetings between these two sides have been netted in the second half.

Tottenham have won the same number of points away from home this season as they have at White Hart Lane (10), this despite playing one game less away.

Spurs have attempted the most shots at goal this season (157 - excluding blocked), but have the worst shot conversion rate (5.7%).

Tottenham Hotspur have made the most long throws in the Premier League this season (120) - at least 45 more than any other side.

Cardiff City v Manchester United (Sun, 4pm)

Cardiff City's last victory over Manchester United came back in November 1960 - they have lost four and drawn one of their five meetings since.

Manchester United have won three successive Barclays Premier League games for the first time since March.

David Moyes has won six of his first 11 league games in charge of Man Utd. Sir Alex Ferguson won just four of his first 11 league games as manager at the club.

Not only has Robin van Persie scored more goals than any other player in the Premier League since the start of 2011-12 (63), he's also hit the woodwork the most often (19).

There have been eight occasions of a side allowing the opposition at least 10 shots on target in a Premier League match this season, three of which have been by Cardiff City.

Cardiff have conceded a league-high six goals from outside the box this season.

Cardiff striker Fraizer Campbell made two appearances for Manchester United in the Premier League. He is the last player to score against the Red Devils in the Premier League having previously played for them in the competition (for Sunderland on 15th December 2012).

Manchester United have won more points after 11 games this season (20) than in three of their previous Premier League title-winning campaigns (1992-93, 1996-97 and 2002-03 - all 19 points from 11 games).

Robin van Persie has scored in each of his last four Premier League appearances - he last netted in five successive PL appearances back in January 2013.

Steven Caulker has blocked 19 shots this season in the Premier League; seven more than any other player.

West Bromwich Albion v Aston Villa (Mon, 8pm)

West Brom are unbeaten in their last five Barclays Premier League games against Aston Villa (W2 D3).

Aston Villa have failed to score in four of their last five league games, but have also kept three clean sheets in this run.

Half (7) of the previous 14 Premier League matches between these two sides have ended in a draw. Indeed, all seven victories (five for Villa, two for West Brom) have all finished 2-1.

10 of the 14 goals scored by West Brom in the Premier League versus Aston Villa have come in the second half.

Christian Benteke has not scored in any of his last five Premier League appearances; his longest goal drought in the competition since joining Aston Villa.

Aston Villa have made fewer substitutions than any other team in the Premier League this season, using just 24 of the 33 possible after 11 games.

Aston Villa have made a higher proportion of long passes in the Premier League this season than any other side (16.2%).

West Brom have won two and drawn one of their last three Premier League home games and are aiming to go four games unbeaten at home for the first time in over a year (October 6th 2012 was the last time).

The Baggies had won six more points (20) and three more games (6) after 11 Premier League matches last season.

There have been 18 goals scored in the five Premier League matches on a Monday so far this season, an average of 3.6 per game.
