So who will replace David Moyes as manager of Everton after his appointment as Sir Alex Ferguson's successor at Manchester United? Wigan's Robert Martinez heads the betting. Check out the latest odds

Borini's first season on Merseyside has been hindered by fitness problems, with the latest coming in the 5-0 win over Swansea on February 17th when he dislocated his shoulder in a collision with Kyle Bartley.

Reds manager Brendan Rodgers said after that clash the 21-year-old, capped once for Italy, is likely to be out for the rest of the season.

Italian club Fiorentina voiced their interest in the frontman earlier this month to prompt speculation he could return to his homeland.

But his agent, Marco De Marchi, insists the former Chelsea man is happy at Liverpool, despite his injury frustrations.

"Fabio feels depressed after the last injury. This is an unfortunate season for him," he told Radio Toscana.

On Fiorentina's interest De Marchi added: "I don't know anything more than what I have read in newspapers. I am certainly glad to see that Fiorentina are building something important. But Fabio is happy to be at one of the most prestigious clubs in the world."

Borini came to England as a teenager with Chelsea and De Marchi is adamant he is not feeling nostalgic about Italy.

He said: "No, because he has been in England since he was 16 and he is very tied to this nation."

If somebody is willing to take him then I'll drive him back to Italy myself. There are better players in league 1.
