Barnsley travel to the Etihad Stadium this weekend for the right to reach the last four with City overwhelming favourites to overcome their Championship opponents.

Silva admits the whole City squad are focused on the Barnsley game as they try to win the FA Cup, with their chances of retaining the Premier League looking slim.

"The league is very difficult," said Silva. "But we can reach the cup final, so we have to focus on this game.

"We are only one game away from going back to Wembley again.

"On paper Barnsley are a small team, but they are in the quarter-final because they deserve to be, so we will have to be very cautious and try to win the game.

"Wembley is an amazing place to play football and I have been lucky enough to have already played there. Now I want to get to another final."
